Laughter

There is nothing in the world so irresistibly contagious as laughter and good humor. Charles Dickens.

Have you ever tried telling a joke or relating something but in the process of you telling the joke. You start laughing uncontrollable and the audience is just looking at you with pure amusement. You laugh to the point where tears start rolling down your face. Now your audience start laughing at you and not your joke.

When last did you laugh? Besides the endorphins that are released by the brain when we laugh. Laughter activates and relieve our stress response. In this stressful world we live in, we need more of laughter. We need to sometimes stop being too serious and just laugh even at the silliest things we can find. When you have kids that should not be difficult. Children are comedians in a making till a certain age. But also, do you ever laugh at yourself?

Start living a life filled with laughter with your loved ones. Those moments are forever cherished and serve as good memories that no one can take away. I think we want to be remembered by how we lived life to the fullest but especially by how we made others laugh and how much we laughed. In your journey always remember to laugh and keep the people who make you laugh close by.

A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Laughter is a gift from God. Proverbs 17:22
